Our friendly office staff will go out of their way to help you find answers, from questions about our procedures to finding out what insurance benefits you may have. Dr. Stosich has a caring and attentive manner, and knows that it’s important for each of your questions to be answered. After a consultation, you’ll leave knowing whether or not you are a good candidate for surgery, and how you may or may not benefit from having it performed.

Making an appointment for a consultation

Please call 801-566-5117 to set up a consultation, and our friendly office staff will help you find a time to meet with Dr. Stosich.

When you arrive, you will be asked to fill out a thorough medical questionnaire prior to meeting with Dr. Stosich. This will allow Dr. Stosich to discuss any pertinent details with you during your visit.

When you have filled out the questionnaire, you will meet with Dr. Stosich to discuss the reason for your visit. Your meeting will include a thorough examination followed by a detailed discussion of your situation. Occasionally, Dr. Stosich may recommend additional studies, labs, or x-rays.

If you desire to proceed with any treatment, the office staff will be happy to assist you with questions on insurance, dates available for surgery, and any other concerns you may have.

There is no obligation following a consultation, and you are always welcome to obtain a second opinion on any service we provide.
