Facial injuries or facial trauma

Facial injuries may occur through various types of events including altercations, car accidents, ATV accidents, sporting events etc. Many patients receive injuries to the soft tissues and bony portions of the face and the teeth. These injuries can be devastating both physically as well as emotionally. At the Utah Center for Oral and Facial Surgery our concern is for the patient’s psychological as well as functional well being.

Dr. Stosich’s training includes a dental and medical degree, as well as a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This broad background of training provides him with the ability to treat all types of facial injuries including cheek bone fractures, orbital fractures, frontal sinus fractures, nasal fractures, upper and lower jaw fractures, as well as injuries to the teeth and facial lacerations.

Dr. Stosich is currently on staff at several local hospitals including Intermountain Medical Center, Alta View Hospital, LDS hospital, and St. Mark’s hospital where he treats patients for facial trauma.

If you, a friend or relative has received a facial injury, call the office of Dr. Stosich for a consultation.
